For the past nineteen years Arts and Crafts enthusiasts – including new collectors, veterans, curators, craftsperson, authors, builders, architects, designers, editors, and bungalow owners – have traveled to the Blue Ridge Mountains and The Grove Park Inn for this show. Admission.

ArtXtravaganza  –  March 3-5
Webb School of Knoxville – Knoxville, TN

ArtXtravaganza is annual art sale that features original artworks by more than 70 acclaimed artists and offers affordable works for everyone – from fine art, handcrafted jewelry and pottery to glass art, sculptures and metal art. Hours: Fri 2pm-7pm; Sat 10am-6pm; Sun 11am-4pm

Oscar Gillespie, Visual Artist Talk  –  April 6
Ball Hall Auditorium (East Tennessee State University) – Johnson City, TN

Noted for his expertise in monotypes and intaglio, especially metal-plate engraving, printmaker and professor Oscar Gillespie has shown his work in more than 300 solo, group, invitational and juried exhibitions. Inspiration, he says, “comes from that same mysterious place that gives me a giggle when I least expect it, or lights up my taste buds with a bright new sense of flavors …”
