Load-In

Set Up Tents, Tables & Chairs – 6:00-8:00 AM
Direct Traffic – 6:30-9:00 AM
Check In Participants – 6:30-9:00 AM
Escort Vehicles to Booth Spaces – 6:30-9:00 AM
Supervise Participant Set Up – 6:30-9:00 AM
Assist with Set-Up of Art Activity Stations – 7:00-9:00 AM

Event Supervision

Assist with Supervision of Stage Area & Buskers – 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Assist with Road Roller Printmaking (previous printmaking experience preferred) – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monitor Participant Booths – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monitor Art Activity Stations – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assist with Preparing for Giant Puppet March – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Participate in Giant Puppet March (carry provided puppets and other materials) – 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00-1:30 PM

Load Materials on City Trucks – 5:30-7:30 PM
Remove Booth Space Markers & Signage – 6:00-7:00 PM
Unload Materials at Storage Site – 7:30-8:30 PM
