Confirmation of Attendance*
- I confirm that my child and I will be able to attend the Art Struck Festival on April 26, 2025
Load-In*
- I understand that children/youth vendors do not have to load-in and load-out at the same time as other vendors, but if I load in later than the vendor hours of 7 to 9am or load out earlier than the festival closing time at 5pm, I will not be able to park directly next to my booth space
- I understand that I will be able to unload next to my booth space at the pavilion between 7 to 9am and that I must remove my vehicle from the pavilion parking lot by 9am
- I am aware that reserved parking will NOT be available, but public parking will be available in nearby areas such as the parking garage and the lot adjacent to the pavilion
Child Supervison*
- I confirm that I will be able to remain near my child for the duration of the event
