Murals have the power to reflect the values of a community, to make a statement, and to educate viewers about a subject or issue. They also provide an impactful piece of visual art and can dazzle with their immensity.
The Johnson City Public Art Committee has installed seven murals and has assisted with several other mural projects. Planning for additional murals is underway.
