Confirmation of Attendance*
- I confirm that I will be able to attend the Art Struck Festival on September 28th, 2019 and remain present for the duration (10am – 8pm)
Festival Set-Up*
- I confirm that I will be able to set-up at the Art Struck Festival on September 28th between 7 – 10am
Equipment & Materials*
- I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own tent, table(s), and chair(s) as these will not be provided by the festival organizers
Securing Equipment*
- I understand that I must secure my tent with suitable weights of 10-15 lbs. per leg minimum
Load-In*
- I understand that I will not be able to drive into Founders Park to set up, and I will be able to hand-cart from the Founders parking lot on S. Commerce St.
- I am aware that permanent parking in the Founders parking lot on S. Commerce St. will be offered to art demo/activity hosts and vendors on a first come, first serve basis
