From the artist:

The sculpture, inspired by the ancient gnomon, embodies the timeless relationship between light and shadow. Standing tall with a sleek, angular design, it evokes the essence of a sundial, where every curve and edge captures the shifting passage of time. As the sun moves across the sky, the sculpture transforms, casting shadows that interact with its form, symbolizing the eternal rhythm of the natural world. Its minimalist structure invites contemplation of both celestial and earthly cycles, encouraging a deep connection to the forces that shape our perception of time.
