Under the Surface (2021)
Pen and ink
Cadie Digby’s artwork submission title “Under the Surface” is a pen and ink line drawing done in graffiti style. The picture was completed in black and white in November of 2020 as a project for her drawing class at Elizabethton High School. Color was added in February of 2021 in anticipation of submitting the drawing for the Johnson City Public Art Banner Project.
