JCPA will provide 5″x5″ birch wood panels for all participating artists to use as a surface for work (all 2D work must be securely mounted to this panel provided by JCPA). Let us know if you would prefer pick-up or delivery by mail (mail delivery available only for addresses outside of Johnson City). Select one option from the list below.

Pick-Up or Delivery?*

Pick up at the front desk at the Johnson City Public Works Street Division building (209 Water St., Johnson City, TN). Directions to this location are available on the 5 x 5 Art Exhibit and Fundraiser webpage.
Delivery by mail (this option is available only for addresses outside of Johnson City). Panels will be mailed to the address provided on this form.
